Tallinn boasts a large variety of new, modern business class hotels located in the city centre. Having delegates stay at different hotels is a non-issue as they are all within a 2-3 minute walk from each other and within 5-10 minutes from the Old Town and Congress venues, virtually eliminating non-pedestrian transportation. There are also several luxurious boutique hotels in the Old Town for special occasions. Tallinn international airport is within 10-15 minutes drive from the city centre, truly making Tallinn one of the most convenient destinations in Europe.
Considering that Tallinn is a popular destination especially during summer months the Congress Secretariat has pre-booked a number of hotel rooms for IPC2020 delegates in different hotels with special IPC2020 prices.
Rooms with special prices can be booked alongside with registration to the Congress from June 2019. If you contact the hotels directly, the special prices do not apply.
To ensure that you have a room at the hotel at the preferred rate and at the preferred travelling distance, it is necessary to book your room as early as possible. Most hotels end their discounts 1-2 months before the event, please take this into account.
In addition to having reduced registration fees, it is essential for students to have access to affordable accommodation. Luckily, there are several student hostels in the city centre and Old Town, with prices ranging from 15 – 45 €/night. There are also great possibilities for couch surfing www.couchsurfing.org
